Chance & Colleen met Saturday night of October 13th of 2012 at the old Pioneer & Military Cemetery in Phoenix. The Pioneer & Military Cemetery was the location and beneficiary of the fundraising event, Dining Among the Dead, that evening.
Chance & Colleen volunteered to play “characters” of two Phoenix pioneers who permanently reside at the Cemetery.
Chance & Colleen found their “characters” were practically next to each other. As they introduced themselves, Colleen thought to herself, “Crap, I’m in trouble! He is cute! And those brown eyes...”(sigh)
As the night went on, Chance & Colleen talked, sharing stories, and joked around between their “character’s” monologue. Basically, a good start towards a friendship.
After the event, Colleen was so excited to have met this great guy, she couldn’t go home. So, she drove to her friends’ house, Larry & Katrina Calnan. There she told them, how she met this great guy.
Fast forward to June 2014. After a handful of get-togethers with their ghost buddies and ghost investigations, their friendship developed into an attraction.
Chance & Colleen shared their first date on July 12, 2014. The rest, as they say, is history.... and now, on to their future.
